Pauline Gerry
As the visionary CEO of AZMARK, Inc., Pauline Gerry is a powerhouse in strategic marketing and business development. Under her leadership, AZMARK has earned a reputation as a trusted partner to leading national brands, including VyStar Credit Union, Servpro, PGA TOUR, Merrill Lynch, EverBank, HomeSide Lending, and Condé Nast Publications. The firm seamlessly integrates as an extension of its clients' marketing and creative teams, delivering high-impact solutions in multi-dimensional marketing, brand creation and management, business planning, market research, large-scale event production, and media outreach.

She is also a certified Six Sigma Quality Process Management Specialist, bringing operational precision to her strategic expertise. Julie Maples
Julie Maples is Co-Founder and General Partner at FYRFLY Venture Partners, an early stage venture fund based in San Francisco with focused investments in data and intelligence. Julie brings over 20 years of venture experience as both an investor and operator. She has a strong background of early investments in SaaS, Internet infrastructure and B2B companies that use data and intelligence to reinvent industries – and a long history of accelerating value by connecting start-ups to an extensive network of corporate partners, follow-on investors, academic talent, and resources across technology, media and sports. Julie currently sits on the Board of several technology companies, as well as on the National Board of The V Foundation for Cancer Research, an organization that was started by Jimmy Valvano and ESPN in 1993. She is the Founder and Chair of The V Foundation Wine Celebration, a charity wine auction which has raised over $108M for cancer research to date. Julie holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Entrepreneurial and Strategic Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Christine Allegro
Christine is a proven leader in the digital media space with expertise in building cross-platform content and advertising experiences. She has a strong track record managing business development and operations, directing sales strategy, and overseeing cross-functional teams for consumer-facing internet sites. Chris has developed partnerships with leading content providers including: TV networks, digital media companies, and independent producers and was General Manager of USA TODAY’s Your Life group, leading the vision and execution of strategies to drive growth and revenue from the consumers of Health/Wellness, Food/Recipes, Parenting, Entertainment and Video content. Before USA TODAY, she spent 11 years at AOL and was a key member of the management team that built an end-to-end video publishing platform. She developed distribution partnerships, and was responsible for the general management of the AOL Video portal business, including product management, publishing, sales development, and marketing.
DIGITAL STRATEGIST
Keith Hayes
Keith Hayes is an experienced marketer whose career experience has been focused on leveraging his extensive sales and marketing experience to help clients overcome challenges in the technology and small business space. He knows there is no single approach that works for everyone, so he continues to educate himself on emerging technologies and key industry trends to provide the most comprehensive program that works for each of his client’s needs. He has experience in promotion development, project management, digital advertising, smart infrastructure, and software consulting. Keith holds a Bachelor’s in Communications from Flagler College with a focus in public relations and digital media. He currently lives in Jacksonville, FL with his wife and young daughter where he enjoys going to the beach and jet skiing.
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Tim Broderick
Tim brings a clear, fresh, and professional approach to creative direction and new concept development. His vision and strong sense of design deliver effective marketing and communication solutions for clients of all sizes. Tim has a bachelor’s degree in fine arts/graphic design from Jacksonville University and has worked in the design/advertising/marketing industry for over ten years. In addition to his design work, Tim is an ex-professional soccer player and currently a coach at the youth soccer and high school level. Tim and his wife Erin, along with their family, live in Jacksonville and love walking and riding their bikes together. When they aren’t at the beach or involved in soccer, Tim and Erin enjoy working on their foundation, www.theagbfoundation.com in honor of their daughter, Allison Gray Broderick who passed away in 2010.
IN Memoriam
Jim Allegro
Jim Allegro was a Strategic Advisor for AZMARK, Inc. helping to drive the vision and growth strategy of the agency since its inception. His philosophy of leading with integrity and creativity continues to guide the work we do today. He previously held the positions of Executive Vice President Operations and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at ESPN from 1990 until his retirement in 1995 and served on the ESPN Board of Directors from 1986 until 1997. He combined extensive television and financial experience with an entrepreneurial spirit to help build ESPN. He was responsible for overseeing ESPN’s administrative, financial, news, engineering and operations areas from 1990 until 1995. Jim was a consultant to ESPN from 1995 to 2002 advising on the ESPY Awards Show. Involved in numerous charities, he is most proud of his involvement with the V Foundation where he led the financing committee for the charity dedicated to cancer research. He proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps. Jim Allegro passed after a battle with Cancer in 2022.
