Pauline Gerry, Founder & CEO AZMARK, Inc.
Pauline Gerry is the founder and CEO of AZMARK, Inc. She is an accomplished leader with more than 20 years of experience in helping develop market affinity for some of the nation’s leading brands. Clients entrust AZMARK as an extension of their marketing and creative teams, and companies like the PGA TOUR, Merrill Lynch, HomeSide Lending, and Condé Nast Publications have relied on Pauline’s expertise and guidance in developing dominant brands with growth-driven marketing strategies.
Her expertise, which ranges from strategic marketing to brand development in traditional and digital spaces, has led to helping clients with powerful multi-dimensional marketing, direct business planning, brand creation and management, market research, large-venue event planning, media outreach and promotional strategies.
A specialist in sports, financial services, digital and philanthropic verticals, Pauline has received awards in product management, business planning, and communications. She also has earned certification as a quality process management specialist in the financial services field.
Pauline has a B.A. in Business Administration, a Concentration in Marketing and Minors in Advertising and Graphic Design from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida.
She is passionate about giving back and lives with her husband and two children in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
Nancy Ulrich, PRC Research Strategist
Nancy, a 34-year veteran in marketing research, is also the co-founder of Insights2, which was launched in 2011 by Gerry and Ulrich after working together for nearly ten years. Insights2 is a research methodology designed to address the emerging needs of companies who are blending branding and marketing with the science and techniques of qualitative and quantitative assurance. She serves as Research Strategist at AZMARK, Inc. and is also the founder of Ulrich Research Services and Concepts in Focus. Nancy’s area of expertise is concentrated in qualitative research, having conducted thousands of focus groups and research sessions with consumers, executives, and professionals throughout the nation and across many industries. She has conducted research and feasibility studies for several AZMARK clients in a variety of industries including healthcare and medical, financial, restaurant and food services, insurance, advertising, public relations, communications, media, retail, non-profit organizations, technology, education, government agencies, consumer products, automotive, real estate, residential developers, manufacturing, religious, and political. She holds a BBA from Georgia College and State University with supplementary studies in marketing from Georgia Institute of Technology.
Tim Broderick, Creative Director
As Creative Director at AZMARK, Tim brings a clear, fresh, and professional approach to creative direction and new concept development. His vision and strong sense of design deliver effective marketing and communication solutions for clients of all sizes.
Tim has a bachelor’s degree in fine arts/graphic design from Jacksonville University and has worked in the design/advertising/marketing industry for over ten years. In addition to his design work, Tim is an ex-professional soccer player and currently a coach at the youth soccer and high school level. Tim and his wife Erin, along with their son Evan, live in Jacksonville Beach and love walking and riding their bikes to the beach. When they aren’t at the beach or involved in soccer, Tim and Erin enjoy working on their foundation, www.theagbfoundation.com in honor of their daughter, Allison Gray Broderick who passed away in 2010.
Alex Gibson, New Media Strategist
Alex is a media producer, entrepreneur, and brand developer with a history of motivating and leading teams of creative and technical individuals. Before focusing full time on new media development and strategy, he worked in the music industry as a producer and engineer. He has been a part of production teams that in total, have sold over 25 million album sales worldwide.
Alex is a graduate of the University of Florida and Berklee College of Music. Originally a Florida native, he spent 15 years working in Los Angeles where among other endeavors, he was Chief Engineer of the Jim Henson Studios. He currently lives in Winter Park, Florida with his wife and two boys.
Christine Allegro, AZMARK, Inc., Strategic Business Development
Christine is a proven leader in the digital media space with expertise in building cross-platform content and advertising experiences. She has a strong track record managing business development and operations, directing sales strategy, and overseeing cross-functional teams for consumer-facing internet sites. Most recently, Christine was Vice President of Business Development for PLAiR Media, a high-growth consumer electronics company that has built a content delivery platform for getting online content to the “big screen.” In her role at PLAiR, Chris developed partnerships with leading content providers including: TV networks, digital media companies, and independent producers. Prior to joining PLAiR, Christine was General Manager of USA TODAY’s Your Life group, leading the vision and execution of strategies to drive growth and revenue from the consumers of Health/Wellness, Food/Recipes, Parenting, Entertainment and Video content. Before USA TODAY, she spent 11 years at AOL and was a key member of the management team that built an end-to-end video publishing platform and dynamic video advertising business for AOL. She developed distribution partnerships, and was responsible for the general management of the AOL Video portal business, including product management, publishing, sales development, and marketing. She also held leadership positions within the AOL Sales organization where she oversaw the Account team. She holds a BA in Communications from the University of Connecticut and has dedicated her time and talent to the Help for Haiti Program in Washington, D.C. and cancer research initiatives.
Laura Morey, AZMARK, Inc., Public Relations/Marketing
Laura is an accredited public relations professional, with experience including public relations, media relations, media/spokesperson training, social media campaigns, video production, and on-camera presentations. She worked in Boston area with Mullen Advertising and Public Relations, leading public relations and media relations work for clients such as Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals, Aetna Mutual Funds, and Reebok. While at Mullen, Laura was the first in the agency’s history to secure client interviews on any national morning show. She has also created the website, SimpleSolutionsDiva.com, a website for simple video tips for the home, kitchen, garden, and more. Laura is also a contributing lifestyle expert for television. A graduate of Boston University’s College of Communications, Laura received her Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, with a minor in public relations.

Julie Allegro, General Partner, Founder Allegro Venture Partners
Julie is the founder of Allegro Venture Partners. She brings nineteen years of venture experience to her portfolio companies, which include: Bazaarvoice, Tripwire Security Systems, EzRez Software, Coremetrics, Experience Project, and SAMBA Holdings. Prior to Constantin Partners, Julie was the Director of the Internet Initiative for PFI, a telecommunications start-up which built fiber optic networks in 14 cities. Before PFI, she was with a venture financing firm making investments in software, communications and biotechnology companies. She is on the Board of The V Foundation for Cancer Research and is the co-founder and board member of The V Foundation Wine Celebration – a charity wine auction – which has raised over $40 million for cancer research. Julie is also the Chair of the Marin Board for Women’s Initiative for Self Employment which provides educational training for lower-income women to start and grow their businesses. She holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial and Strategic Management also from The Wharton School.
Jim Allegro, Retired Executive Vice President ESPN, Inc. & Emeritus Director, The V Foundation for Cancer Research.
Jim simultaneously held the positions of Executive Vice President Operations and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at ESPN from 1990 until his retirement in 1995 and served on the ESPN Board of Directors from 1986 until 1997. He combined extensive television and financial experience with an entrepreneurial spirit to help build ESPN. He was responsible for overseeing ESPN’s administrative, financial, news, engineering and operations areas from 1990 until 1995. Prior to joining ESPN, Jim spent 14 years with Capital Cities/ABC, Inc., serving as Senior Vice President, Network Group for the ABC Television Network Group where he coordinated various operations with the Entertainment Broadcast Operations and Engineering, News and Sports Divisions. Jim joined ABC in 1977 as Vice President of ABC Publishing, and two years later, was named a Senior Vice President. In 1981, he became Vice President Finance and Administration for ABC Owned Television Stations and in 1985, Vice President Operations for that division. He was appointed to Senior Vice President of the Broadcasting Group in 1986. Mr. Allegro has been a consultant to ESPN from 1995 to 2002 primarily advising on the ESPY Awards Show. He served as the Executive Producer of that show from 1993-1995. Involved in numerous charities, he is most proud of his involvement with the V Foundation where he led the financing committee for the charity dedicated to cancer research. After graduating from Holy Cross College, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps and later attended the Graduate School of Business at Boston College. JIm, a native of Malden, Massachusetts currently lives in St. Augustine, Florida. Allegro has eight grown children.
